- SNA / Carer: FREE (1 per supported child)

- Group size: Min 15, Max 80 (larger on request)
- Advance booking: 2 weeks minimum
Payment Terms
- Invoice: Pay within 30 days of visit
- Deposit: 30% on booking
Cancellations & Changes
- Reschedule: Free with 7 days' notice
- Cancel: 100% refund (14+ days) / 50% (7-13 days)
- Final numbers due: 5 days before visit
